How to weight gain //

We all know that in order to gain weight we need a lot of patience and proper maintenance. And it takes a lot of time.
Here are some tips to help you gain up to 5 kg in one to two months..
No 1..Soaked gram should be eaten on an empty stomach in the morning..
No 2..For breakfast you will have a glass of hot milk and 50 grams of oats, almonds and 10 grams of honey. You will mix those four things well together.Then one piece of ripe banana.  You should eat two pieces of eggs. It is better to throw the yellow part inside the egg. The egg must be boiled...
No 3...You can eat either rice or chapati for lunch but you must eat mixed dal mixed vegetables with it and you must eat salad with it and eating cheese is very beneficial.
You must eat fish and meat.  However, fish two to three days a week.  Eat meat and fish. You can eat meat for lunch or dinner, but don't add too much oil....
No 4..You must mix butter with brown bread and eat it two hours before you go to the gym in the evening..And remember to do gym at the same time in the evening. There is no need to do gym in the morning. If you can do it in the morning, you can do morning work..Half an hour after the gym, eat one to two pieces of ripe banana and six pieces of boiled egg...
No 5..At dinner you can eat either rice or bread with mixed pulses and mixed vegetables. You can eat fish or meat two or three days a week and at night you must eat salad..

Some important things

No 1 ..You must drink 3 to 4 liters of water every day. Remember to drink water before meals. And drink water 30 minutes to 1 hour after meals.
No 2..Healthy people need sleep. If we sleep more or less, we have a lot of problems.  We must get 6 to 7 hours of sleep every day..
No 3..Don't think badly. Try to stay positive all the time..
No 4..When working in the office, it is better not to lean forward. It is better to lean back a little.
